Measurements can be used for scrap quality confirmation for payment, process improvement through batching materials of similar quality, blending batches or streams to minimise variation in process feed, and helping assure final product quality meets specification through contaminant level identification and control. Technologies are ideal for measurement of shredded scrap, compacted bales, big bags, drums and pallets. Performance is proven on e-waste, battery scrap including black mass, ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap. A demonstration process using customer samples is offered to eliminate risk.
