Graeme has over 40 years’ experience in agriculture and environmental management. Beginning his career in farming in 1983, he moved into organic material recycling before joining the Environment Agency and later the landspreading sector as a Technical Operations and Compliance Manager. Since 2013, he has worked as a consultant, recognised for his practical expertise in waste management, compliance, and landspreading. As Chair of the REA Organics, Graeme provides sector leadership, shaping policy and best practice while ensuring solutions remain grounded in real-world practice.
