With over 38 years’ experience leading O'Donovan Waste to become a £20m+ turnover company, I've now embarked on a new chapter, pioneering initiatives, ventures and investments, following the sale and exit of O’Donovan Waste in January 2024.
The first venture to launch is ODPR. A PR and marketing company founded for the construction industry, its supply chain, and the transport and logistics sectors. My extensive background in waste management, coupled with my passion for sustainability and safety, uniquely positions me to understand and promote these vital industries.
Alongside ODPR and my other business interests, my commitment to driving change in the construction, waste, and logistics industries is unwavering. My focus on improving road safety and reducing transport emissions has already led to significant achievements, including a fundamental shift in UK transport policy. By collaborating with HGV manufacturers, I spearheaded the redesign of lorry cabs, introducing glazed passenger doors to enhance visibility and reduce accidents involving vulnerable road users.
I continue to advocate for improved safety standards, with the upcoming launch of the "Change Driver Regulations for the Better" campaign
