James holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The University of Manchester and previously worked as a Research Scientist studying advanced materials and surface coatings. Since 2016, he has worked as a Technical Support for pressure sensitive adhesive materials manufacturer, Avery Dennison. In this role, he provides advice and guidance to printers, end users and brand owners interested in finding the right labelling solutions for their product or packaging. He has a particular interest in sustainable material choices and eco design, with projects aimed at reducing material usage, incorporating recycled content and ensuring packaging is recyclable.
