Margaret Sulska is a leader in business development and corporate innovation, with nearly a decade of experience advancing strategic growth and implementing technology across sustainability, health, and digital services sectors.

She serves as Product Development Lead at World Metal Exchange, where she is responsible for the technological development of the platform along with having direct influence on the strategy. Her work includes shaping AML policy, optimizing payment flows, and driving future developments that bring transparency and digital efficiency to the global metals market. She is particularly focused on promoting responsible sourcing and enhancing operational accessibility by developing new features, currently, financing and hedging features within the platform.

Margaret combines a background in engineering with international experience across the Europe and the USA. Her previous work in the digital sector includes leading successful projects in digital health and travel through collaboration with startups and scale-ups.

Professionally, an advocate for sustainability, technology, and long-term thinking. Outside of work, she is passionate about running, skiing, mountain expeditions, and technologies, and is deeply interested in the intersection of health, environment, and the future of innovation.
