The Circular 100 – Recognising Action, Not Just Ambition

The Circular 100 recognises the individuals driving real, measurable progress across the UK’s circular economy — the innovators, system-builders, and changemakers turning ambition into action.

At Recycling Expo 2025, we were proud to announce the inaugural Circular 100 Class of 25–26. Many of these pioneers joined us onsite, where we had the honour of hearing their stories firsthand — from breakthrough materials innovation and critical policy influence to community-powered initiatives and transformational business leadership. Their insights, predictions, and lived experiences showcased exactly why this recognition matters.

As we look ahead, the Circular 100 Class of 26–27 will once again be revealed live at Recycling Expo 2026, continuing our mission to spotlight the people reshaping how the UK designs, consumes, reuses, and recovers resources.

In the meantime, explore the full profiles, interviews, and achievements of this year’s honourees in the latest edition of Circular 100 Magazine.

The Circular 100 exists to shine a light on the people driving meaningful change — across business, government, research, design, policy, waste management, and community innovation. Honourees represent the breadth of the UK’s circular ecosystem, proving that progress happens when every part of the chain moves together.

Members of the Circular 100 receive:

  • Onstage Award Presentation – Honourees are presented with a bespoke Circular 100 trophy live at The Recycling Expo.
